is the mission of the Region Ten Community Services Board
to assess the need for services, and to create and provide
accessible cost-effective services of the highest quality
for persons with addiction, mental health and mental retardation
needs, so that they may achieve more independent, satisfying
and productive lives.
In order to better bring our Mission Statement
into the daily lives of those we serve, the staff of Region
