| Region
Ten Community Service Board operations are organized within
five separate yet cooperative divisions: Mental Health
Services, Mental Retardation Services, Outpatient and Substance Addiction
Services, Access and Quality Assurance, and Administrative
Services.
Programming
is developed and delivered
within the divisions of Mental Health Services, Mental Retardation Services, and Outpatient and Substance
Addiction Services. Individuals may receive
services in more than one division. Access
and Quality Assurance supports quality Region Ten programming
by monitoring compliance with state and federal licensure
requirements. In addition, Access and Quality Assurance
serves as the central point of entry for all people
seeking services at Region Ten and provides service
coordination for all our consumers in need of case management.
Housing intake and case management services in one division
ensures that those we serve are able to smoothly and
efficiently enter Region Ten and move through our programs.
Administrative
Services houses the various organizational supports
necessary to ensure smooth operations for the entire
agency. These services include fiscal management, computer
networking and maintenance, procurement and facilities management, and
human resources and training.
