Annual and Sick Leave Accrual
Probationary and full-time employees earn
sick leave at the rate of 8 hours for each completed month of service.
Part-time employees earn sick leave in relation to the number of
hours worked per month. The chart below shows monthly annual accrual
rates and maximum accrual limits in relationship to the years of
