-Announced that he will be the Human Rights Advocate for this area. He shared his contact information and reminded affiliates to update their HR posters with his information.
- New HR regulations went into effect Oct. 8, 2014.
-Discussed some of the new July 1st law changes.
-Director of Licensing position is still open and the Department is actively recruiting.

Annual Reports from Affiliated Providers – Therapeutic Interventions, Region Ten and New Y-CAPP presented their annual report. Not in attendance was Empowering Families Program. They will be carried over to the next meeting.
Quarterly Reports – The following reports were not received, Blue Ridge First Step, ARS Pantops Clinic, REACH, Arc of the Piedmont, and Virginia Institute of Autism.
The LHRC Meeting was adjourned.
