Board Goals for Budget Exercise

October 6 Board Meeting Retreat

Present: Robert, Charlie, Stefano and all board members.

The meeting was called to order at 5:00PM.

The Region Ten Board had a discussion about criteria to use for budget reductions that the Governor has called for. Recommendations for developing plans for potential budget cuts:

• Maintain staff who perform the highest quality of services.
• Maintain highest operational efficiency.
• Maintain critical services, but take into account the fiscal impact.
• Maximize the quality and range of services to consumers within the budget.

The meeting adjourned at 8:00PM.
