Program Description

This is a contractual treatment program entailing a substance addiction/abuse treatment group for adult men who have been referred by James River VASAP for more than one DUI offenses.  The group meets one day a week.  The program is 10 weeks long though most consumers take a bit longer to complete it as they must complete ten groups and therefore missed groups do not count towards their ten weeks.

An individual needs to demonstrate that they can maintain sobriety for a period of time (varies from consumer to consumer) and can be successful in a once a week outpatient program.  Relapses must be processed in group. Continued relapse may indicate a need for higher level of treatment such as Inpatient or an Intensive Outpatient Program.

Monday 6:00-7:30 pm
Tuesday 6:00-7:30 pm
or
Wednesday 4:30-6:00 pm
