Crisis services are available at Region Ten 24 hours a day. If you are currently in an emergency situation and need services immediately, please call 434-972-1800 or 866-694-1605 (toll free) and you will receive prompt assistance from a Region Ten clinician or a representative of our answering service.

If you are in need of non-crisis mental health, substance abuse or mental retardation services or you are in need of crisis services during business hours, please call the clinic where you would like to receive services between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, our phone lines are answered by friendly and courteous staff who will be happy to set up an intake appointment for you. We will make every effort to schedule your appointment as quickly as possible at a time that is convenient for you. We are available after hours to all persons in the Region Ten service area for crisis only at 434-972-1800.
