Adult Case Management – Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Services are offered that assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in accessing the full range of needed supports to assist them in their daily lives.

This service is open to individuals who have a documented diagnosis of a developmental  disability as defined by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), and who desire assistance with with monitoring, linking and coordinating the services they need.  Case Management operates Monday- Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, and  adheres to the guidelines provided by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).

 This service accepts Medicaid Insurance as well as self- pay from the consumer. Sliding fee scale may be available for qualifying individuals

Martha is the Senior Director of Adult Development Services for Region Ten Community Services Board.
