Welcome! The Infant & Toddler Connection of the Blue Ridge is your local early intervention program under the Commonwealth’s Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia. This program serves the city of Charlottesville and counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson.

Families concerned about their child’s development may receive information, a free developmental screening and/or evaluation by calling our program. The Infant & Toddler Connection of the Blue Ridge provides early intervention supports and services (infant education, occupational, physical and speech therapy) to infants and toddlers from birth through age two who are not developing as expected or who have a medical condition that can delay normal development.
