The incumbent functions as engagement specialist for the BOOST Program of Region Ten. The incumbent handles the engagement activities with consumers enrolled within the center. This is a grant funded position.   Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field preferred.  Schedule M-F 8:30-5.  Salary $40,036.37 annually/$19.25 hour.  Eligible for benefits and acceptable DMV record required.

Clinician II/ III, Outpatient

Full time position joining a large and talented group of clinicians who provide a wide range of services to a diverse clientele.  The individual in this position will provide individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and diagnostic assessment for adults seeking services at Region Ten, including individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.  Required skills for this position include individual and group counseling, knowledge and competence with a variety of approaches including brief interventions and motivational interviewing, assessment and evaluation, and basic knowledge of the service system to which referrals will be made.   Master’s degree in a licensure eligible field and license eligible status within 6 months of hire is required.  LCSW or LPC licensure is preferred.

Clinician II: Must be licensure eligible in Virginia or registered within 6 months of hire. $44,040 annually.

Director, Adult Outpatient Services

Region Ten is seeking an individual to supervise professionally licensed or credentialed staff providing both clinical and administrative supervision.  Utilizing a team approach, the supervisor will develop work schedules, plan programming and services, coordinate service delivery and collaborate with agency and community partners.  The incumbent will be responsible for the development and monitoring of program budgets and for the development and implementation of programming that is evidenced based.  Staying abreast of current best and evidence-based practices in the field is critical to success in this position.  Master’s degree and licensure as LCSW or LPC, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of services to adults with co-occurring, mental illness and substance use disorders, and at least three years of experience in supervision of professional staff along with at least 2 years administrative program supervision experience to include budgeting and program development required.  Salary negotiable.

State Hospital Liaison

Community Associate I, Wellness Recovery Center

Program Manager I, Rural Services ID/DD Case Management

This position has responsibility for coordinating all Intellectual Disability TCM services in Region Ten’s rural services.  The incumbent will provide clinical supervisor to all ID/DD case manager in the Center for Rural Services, and will work collaboratively with Rural Directors to train and monitor work to assure proficiency in assessing service needs, developing plans for access to services, and liaison with clients, families, programs and service providers.  A bachelor’s degree in human services field and 3 years’ experience in the field of Intellectual Disability, or a combination of education and experience is required.  One year supervisory experience is preferred.  Valid VA driver’s license and acceptable DMV driving record are required.  $48,444.00 annually.

Community Services Associate III, Horizon House

One year of direct care work experience in a long term care facility is preferred. Valid Virginia’s driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. High school degree required. Will need to become certified as a medication technician.  $27,345.38 annually/ $13.15 hourly.

Food Service Assistant II, Town Creek Assisted Living Facility, Full Time

Responsible for providing food preparation and service complying with safe food handling techniques.  Will maintain clean food preparation areas and equipment, stock food products and supplies, lifting up to 50 pounds, and interact with residents in a positive manner while adhering to confidentiality policy at all times.  Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and a knowledge of safe food handling and universal precautions is required.  Valid Virginia driver’s license is preferred. Hourly rate negotiable.
