Case Manager, Adult Mental Health  

Seeking individual with initiative to join a team of compassionate professionals.  The case manager will provide services to adults with a primary diagnosis of serious mental illness.  Our goal is to  promote recovery and foster independence with each individual we serve.  The incumbent assesses each consumer’s strengths and needs, and develops an individual service plan to include linking to needed services and resources, monitoring, and coordinating services.   Serves as a liaison with consumers, families, and service providers.  Bachelor’s degree in human services field and one years’ related work experience required.  Must meet certification as Qualified Mental Health Professional – Adult ( QMHP  – Adult) as set forth by Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.   Flexible schedule.  Valid VA driver’s license and good DMV driving record required.  $40,036.37 annually/ $19.25 hourly.

Clinician II/ III Access

Region Ten is seeking a Clinician to join our Preston Team.  Incumbent is responsible for triage, screening, assessment, initial treatment planning, authorization of services and referral for consumers who are seeking services at Region Ten Community Services Board and are not currently enrolled.  The incumbent is also responsible for providing and extending counseling, education and rehabilitation services to adult clients of Region Ten.  The incumbent must be comfortable serving a diverse group of clients, including but not limited to, those who are chemically dependent, co-occurring mental illness and substance use/abuse as well as those with serious mental illness. Full time position with excellent benefits.  Schedule M-F 8:30-5 pm with occasional evening hours.   Master’s degree in a licensure eligible field and license eligible status is required.  LCSW or LPC licensure is preferred.

Clinician I/II/III Criminal Justice Healthy Transitions

Region Ten seeks to fill a position with someone who has the responsibility for providing Care Coordination services to individuals of age 18 or older with a primary diagnosis of mental health and/or substance abuse concerns and is involved in the Criminal Justice System or recently released from a correctional facility and returning to our area and needing assistance with release planning/ re-entry services.  This includes assessing service needs; developing plans for access to services; liaison with client, families, programs, and service providers; ongoing monitoring or client service needs; advocacy; and consultation and education to clients, families and community. Full-time with benefits. Schedule M-F 8-5.

Clinician I: Master’s degree in a licensure eligible field required. $19.25/hourly-$40,036.37 annually

Clinician II/ III Blue Ridge House

Region Ten is seeking to fill a position on the PACT program serving adults with serious mental illness.  The incumbent is responsible for providing intensive community treatment services to this population.  Work includes thorough assessment of needs, development and implementation of individual service plans, medication management, and training in functional skills such as activities of daily living, social skills, interpersonal relationships, financial management, etc.  Position requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent writing skills, flexibility, and self-motivation. Director, Region I Regional Initiatives

The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of Region 1 Regional initiatives (Discharge Assistance Project, Acute Care Bed Purchase Contracting, Substance Use Regional Access Team, and other Regional initiates to be developed) according to priorities established by the Region 1 Executive Director Forum. Senior Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to develop, maintain and secure our networks, servers and support our users.  In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture, security and data protection.
