Clinician, Drug Treatment Court

Full time position joining a large and talented group of clinicians who provide a wide range of services to a diverse clientele.  Primary responsibility is providing substance abuse treatment for clients referred by the Charlottesville/Albemarle Drug Treatment Court and coordinating services with other professionals involved.   The individual in this position will provide individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and diagnostic assessment for adults seeking services at Region Ten, including individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.  Required skills for this position include individual and group counseling, knowledge and competence with a variety of approaches including brief interventions and motivational interviewing, assessment and evaluation, and basic knowledge of the service system to which referrals will be made.   Master’s degree in a licensure eligible field and license eligible status within 6 months of hire is required.  LCSW or LPC licensure is preferred.

Case Manager, Liaison FULL-Time

Seeking individual with initiative to join a team of compassionate professionals. The case manager will provide services to a unique caseload of adults with a primary diagnosis of serious mental illness. Our goal is to promote recovery and foster independence with each individual we serve. Direct Support Professional III/ Meadowcreek, Day Support

Community Services Associate II/  MH Residential

Transitional residential program providing education and support services to individuals recovering from serious mental illness seeks a dynamic and dedicated candidate.  Be part of a team assisting individuals with apartment and community living skills. The CSA II provider offers instruction in daily living skills, provides assistance obtaining community resources, monitoring of psychiatric and behavioral status of residents and provide medication management. Community Services Associate III/ Intensive Services Team

Region Ten is seeking a Director of Systems Operations in our IT department.  The Director is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.  Region Ten is seeking a Mental Health LPN or RN to fill a full time position at our Integrative Care Clinic at Peterson Health Center. The appropriate candidate will work with our Psychiatric Team and Integrative Health Partners to assess, and provide care to consumers with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Community Services Associate III, Mental Health Specialist, Town Creek Assisted Living Facility

Position serves to implement training/ behavioral programs as scheduled for each consumer, counsels and supports consumers during participation in ALF routines and activities, and may attending PSR Day program to assist individual attending. Incumbent acts as the shift lead when working without the presence of the Director or Program Manager. Will facilitate repair of durable and consumer equipment such as glasses, hearing aids or wheelchairs and administer medication, completing accurate MARS. College degree in a human services field or Virginia Certification as an LPN and a valid Virginia’s driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. QMHP in a long term care facility is preferred. Medication Technician certification required (Training will be provided). $36,396.70 annually/ $17.50 hourly.

Community Services Associate I, Direct Care Staff, Town Creek Assisted Living Facility

Provide general care essential to caring for personal needs and activities of daily living, such as monitoring vital signs, bathing, dressing, ambulating toileting and conducts social and daily living skills training programs.  Will monitor resident signaling system, participate in checking and stocking monthly medications, and as directed will administer insulin to diabetic consumers and assist with medication management under direction of nursing staff and pharmacists.  One year of direct care work experience in a long term care facility is preferred.  Valid Virginia’s driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.  Must meet Medicaid-designated Un-Qualified Para Professional (UPP) credential at hire and must meet Qualified Para Professional (QPP) criteria after one year. $24,859.43 annually/ $11.95 hourly.

Food Service Assistant II, Town Creek Assisted Living Facility

Responsible for providing food preparation and service complying with safe food handling techniques.  Will maintain clean food preparation areas and equipment, stock food products and supplies, lifting up to 50 pounds, and interact with residents in a positive manner while adhering to confidentiality policy at all times.  Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and a knowledge of safe food handling and universal precautions is required.  Valid Virginia driver’s license is preferred. Hourly rate negotiable.

Perform assigned daily cleaning tasks per a set cleaning schedule and other related duties or organizational tasks as assigned.  Knowledge and ability to use cleaning equipment and cleaning products, one years’ experience performing housekeeping duties and knowledge of OSHA procedures required.
