Case Manager/Care Coordinator- Office Based Opioid Treatment

Region Ten is seeking an individual responsible for providing case management and care coordination to individuals with Substance Use Disorders.  The incumbent must be able to connect with consumers as they are beginning and continuing to engage in Outpatient treatment as well as potentially through the process of engaging in residential treatment programs.   Must possess a bachelor’s degree in human services and  Certification in Substance Abuse Counseling (CSAC) eligible within 6 months of employment is required.  Two years of experience in a program directly concerned with substance abuse, co-occurring treatment or rehabilitation is preferred.  $40,036.37 annually/$19.25 hourly.

Director, Adult Outpatient and Mental Health Case Management Services

Region Ten is seeking an individual to supervise professionally licensed or credentialed staff providing both clinical and administrative supervision.  Utilizing a team approach, the supervisor will develop work schedules, plan programming and services, coordinate service delivery and collaborate with agency and community partners.  The incumbent will be responsible for the development and monitoring of program budgets and for the development and implementation of programming that is evidenced based.  Staying abreast of current best and evidence-based practices in the field is critical to success in this position.  Master’s degree and licensure as LCSW or LPC, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of services to adults with co-occurring, mental illness and substance use disorders, and at least three years of experience in supervision of professional staff along with at least 2 years administrative program supervision experience to include budgeting and program development required.  Salary negotiable.

Program Manager II/ Adult Outpatient Services **Internal 1-Week Recruitment Only**

Region Ten seeks a person with strong clinical and program development skills to fill the critical role of Program Manager.  This person will plan, coordinate and supervise outpatient counseling programs for adults with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.  The incumbent will provide clinical and administrative supervision to a strong team of professional licensed/credentialed and license-eligible staff, assist in the development and implementation of new and existing programs to support evidenced-based practices, assist in developing and monitoring budgets, and carry a small caseload. Director, Adult DD Case Management

Region Ten invites dedicated, creative individuals to apply for this position as Director of the Adult DD Case Management Team.  The incumbent will have the unique opportunity to lead a team with a shared goal of providing quality of life enhancing services to individuals with developmental disabilities (ID/DD) in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area. Responsibilities include hiring, direction and supervision of DD case managers, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and agency requirements.  This position also involves working with community partners to improve the quality, responsiveness, and availability of services. Direct Support Professional III/ Meadowcreek, Day Support

Clinician II/III/ PACT

Region Ten is seeking to fill a position on the PACT program serving adults with serious mental illness.  The incumbent is responsible for providing intensive community treatment services to this population.  Work includes thorough assessment of needs, development and implementation of individual service plans, medication management, and training in functional skills such as activities of daily living, social skills, interpersonal relationships, financial management, etc.  Position requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent writing skills, flexibility, and self-motivation. Community Associate I, Wellness Recovery Center

Newly created positions working in Louisa County Public Schools as an employee of Region Ten Louisa Emergency Services program to perform safety assessments, prescreening for ECO/TDO, post-crisis counseling, care coordination, and prevention services in support of youth experiencing emotional and behavioral crisis who may be at risk for hospitalization or other crisis services.  Incumbent will coordinate with school staff, families, Region Ten staff and other service providers to create treatment plans/ crisis plans to assure support is provided throughout and post crisis, to include providing short-term crisis counseling as needed.  Will also effectively collaborate with juvenile court services, schools, case management, social services agencies and community organizations for the purposes of coordination of care.  Salary Negotiable.

Food Service Assistant II, Town Creek Assisted Living Facility, Full Time

Responsible for providing food preparation and service complying with safe food handling techniques.  Will maintain clean food preparation areas and equipment, stock food products and supplies, lifting up to 50 pounds, and interact with residents in a positive manner while adhering to confidentiality policy at all times.  Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and a knowledge of safe food handling and universal precautions is required.  Valid Virginia driver’s license is preferred. Hourly rate negotiable.
