Program Coordinator I, Training

Consumer Accounts Specialist, Administrative Services

The Consumer Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing the central parts of the agency’s self-pay billing and collections process. This includes generating monthly consumer statements through the electronic health record (Credible Behavioral Health software), fielding consumers’ billing inquiries, applying consumers’ payments to services as needed, conducting the annual debt set off process through the Department of Taxation, and managing spend down consumers’ coverage updates. The individual in this position must have stellar communication skills in written and spoken form, as the position requires interacting with consumers, agency staff, and community partners on a frequent, regular basis. Case Manager/ Intellectual and Developmental Disability

Direct Care Professional III/ Meadowcreek, Day Support

Senior Case Manager

Community Services Associate II/  MH Residential

Transitional residential program providing education and support services to individuals recovering from serious mental illness seeks a dynamic and dedicated candidate.  Be part of a team assisting individuals with apartment and community living skills. The CSA II provider offers instruction in daily living skills, provides assistance obtaining community resources, monitoring of psychiatric and behavioral status of residents and provide medication management. Community Services Associate III/ Intensive Services Team

Therapeutic Day Treatment Specialist, Charlottesville/Albamarle

Region Ten is seeking a motivated individual as Program Manager II for the Outpatient team including crisis stabilization and mobile crisis services.  Will be responsible to supervise the administrative and clinical functions of staff including intake, outpatient treatment, and youth crisis services.  A Master’s degree in counseling or social work is required along with LPC needed to supervise staff in residency. Director III, The Women’s Center at Moore’s Creek

 Position serves as the Director of The Women’s Center at Moore’s Creek, Region Ten’s program for adult women experiencing substance use disorders including co-occurring SA and mental health conditions.  The Women’s Center is a newly opened residential SA treatment program for women experiencing substance use disorders including co-occurring SA and MH conditions, and their under school-aged children.  The incumbent provides clinical supervision, administrative and facility oversight, program linkage with judicial and community organizations to publicize and integrate services, and ensures therapeutic and program components adhere to regulatory guidelines.  Knowledge of substance addiction counseling theory and practice, residential treatment service regulations, the nature of serious mental illness, crisis intervention and services coordination required.  Must be able to motivate and lead staff, communicate clearly, and maintain effective inter- and intra-agency working relationships.  Valid VA driver’s license and good DMV driving record required.  Two year’s supervisory experience and a Master’s degree in licensure eligible field or registration required within 6 months of hire is required; LPC or LCSW in Virginia is preferred.  $70,926.87 annually/ negotiable.

Director of Compliance

The incumbent will serve as the agency’s primary policy analyst and will manage the agency’s quality assurance and electronic health records staff. Will be responsible for staying current with all statutes, researching impact to the agency, and generating policy and procedure recommendations. Will also provide needs assessment data, planning information, in-house evaluations, and other documents as needed regarding overall agency functioning. Master’s Degree in behavioral health science or related field such as Public Administration, or Business Administration, with five years of professional experience in quality assurance, medical records, utilization review, program planning & evaluation activities and coordination in the area of clinical and/or community services, involving compliance with statutory regulations, or a combination of Bachelor’s Degree, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Wellness and Empowerment Advocate PRN

Community Services Associate III, Shift Manager, Assisted Living Facility

Position serves to implement training/ behavioral programs as scheduled for each consumer, counsels and supports consumers during participation in ALF routines and activities, and may attending PSR Day program to assist individual attending. Incumbent acts as the shift manager when working without the presence of the Director or Program Manager. Will facilitate repair of durable and consumer equipment such as glasses, hearing aids or wheelchairs and administer medication, completing accurate MARS. College degree in a human services field or Virginia Certification as an LPN and a valid Virginia’s driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
