Managing Up and Down – The Critical Middle Manager training focuses on equipping middle managers with the skills to effectively navigate the demands of both senior leadership and their direct reports. Participants learn strategies for building relationships, facilitating communication, and aligning team objectives with organizational goals, ultimately enhancing their influence and effectiveness within the organization.
