Wisdom and Wellbeing Tier 3 Training: Train the Trainer

The 2-day workshop is for those interested in growing their capacity as a vital resource for the wellbeing of their workplace. UVA Health, Sentara, and other CMHWC partners are invited to attend and gain the skills to facilitate Wisdom and Wellbeing trainings for your organization.
Workshop goals:
– Learn to facilitate three basic workshops (Wisdom and Wellbeing Approach, Wisdom Practices,
and Stress First Aid).
– Learn to facilitate the advanced Peer Champion and/or Leadership trainings.
– Delve more deeply into the importance of wisdom practices in our organizations, making you a
more effective teacher, leader, and resource.
– Fine tune teaching and facilitation skills.
Prerequisites:
We ask that participants have completed all four of the basic online modules + one of the following:
Stress First Aid Trainer or Peer Champion or Leader training.

Tuesday, February 18th and Wednesday, February 19th, 8 AM – 4 PM

Free parking available
On Tuesday, February 18th, please arrive at 8:00 AM to register and enjoy coffee and a light breakfast. We
will begin at 8:20 AM and end at 4:00 PM. Lunch is provided.
On Wednesday, February 19th, the workshop will begin at 8:00 AM and end at 3:15 PM. Breakfast and
lunch are provided.
14 continuing education credits are available.
There is no cost to participants for this workshop. It is funded by a grant from the Health Resources and
Services Administration (HRSA).
