Provides free ID services to community members in need. We help obtain, renew, or replace Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) identification cards and licenses. We can help you get birth certificates, proof of Virginia residency, as well as marriage or divorce certificates if needed.  We pay the fees for documents and IDs and provide transportation to the DMV
