Region Ten CSB and the Community Mental Health and Wellness Coalition are hosting a free, virtual Opioid Overdose Reversal Training on International Overdose Awareness Day, Saturday, August 31st from 10-11am over Zoom. This short training provides you with the skills to recognize an overdose, reverse an overdose with Narcan, and includes a certificate that allows you pick up Narcan/Naloxone from any of the regional health departments or community service boards for free! As our community has seen an increase in overdose deaths, this is a great opportunity to be prepared to reverse an overdose if you encounter one.
