Embracing Generational Harmony in the Workplace

April 23, 2026 1pm – 3pm

You must be in a supervisor role to attend this training.

As baby boomers continue to work alongside mid-career employees as well as “new to the work world individuals,” knowing how to communicate across all generations will be key to departmental harmony.

Specific Course Objectives:

• Discuss successful techniques for communicating with those who are not of “your generation”
• Discuss successful techniques for fostering accountability and communication methods across all generations, as well as direct reports and those reporting to you
• Review ways to enhance team morale and performance from the newest and youngest employees, to the oldest and longest serving employees
