Mindfulness Journaling
This group offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and connect with the present moment through mindful journaling. Using free expression as a guide, participants are encouraged to write without judgment, structure, or expectation—allowing thoughts and feelings to flow naturally onto the page. Prompts and gentle guidance will be provided, but individuals are free to explore whatever feels most meaningful to them. This group is open to all experience levels and focuses on self-awareness, emotional expression, and personal growth in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
