Description: This interactive case-based session will discuss ethical issues that arise in the provision of CSB services specifically as they relate to the nature and ethical limits of clinical confidentiality.  Topics will include the theoretical basis for confidentiality claims, confidentiality and the duty to warn, and confidentiality and dual relationships.  After a general discussion of the concept of clinical privacy, specific case studies will be used to examine specific difficult challenges.
