 Conflict Prevention & Resolution Skills

March 24, 2026 1pm – 3pm

You must be in a supervisor role to attend this training.

This module will increase attendee’s proficiency in preventing conflict situations and in navigating interpersonal issues that may arise in the workplace.

Specific Course Objectives:

• exploration of communication skills that assist in conflict prevention and resolution
• practice on the top three tools (these will be selected during initial planning meetings
• briefing and exercises on a four-step process to successfully resolve workplace conflict
