Community Resilience Workshop with Rick Griffin
COMMUNITY RESILIENCE WORKSHOP WITH RICK GRIFFIN on APRIL 16th | 9:00 AM & 1:00 PM (two sessions, same content)
Trauma-informed practice has helped many organizations rethink how they support people, and understanding the brain adds another layer to that work. In this overview session, Neuro Leadership Academy founder, Rick Griffin, introduces key brain mechanisms that shape how people interpret safety, connection, and stress. Participants will explore how this perspective can strengthen trauma-informed approaches and provide practical insight for anyone working with individuals, families, and communities.
This workshop is open to anyone in the community. Registration is free but REQUIRED through Region Ten’s Learning Academy. Set up your Learning Academy account HERE and choose which session (9:00 AM or 1:00 PM) you would like to enroll in.
