The Meadowcreek Center  is a center-based and  community integration day activity  program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  This is a Medicaid Waiver program  that offers training, support and supervision. The program aims to help participants acquire, retain and/or improve their self-help, social and adaptive skills through person-centered planning, behavioral support and assistive technologies. Individuals attending the Meadowcreek Center must be 18 years of age or older and have a documented diagnosis of intellectual/developmental disability.  Meadowcreek Center Hours of operation run Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 p.m. with some schedule adjustments allowed for pre-authorized transportation.   Meadowcreek Center is accepts Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services reimbursement through the ID/DS/SS Waivers. Private payors must pay full fee.
